The Terraced Tower will be located on the Boompjes in a prominent location along the Maas. It will make an important contribution to the impressive skyline of Rotterdam. The Terraced Tower will house a wide variety of apartments for a broad target group, based on modern, flexible city homes.

The new residential building will house a total of 344 homes, 258 rental homes and 86 owner-occupied homes. In addition, the building will have a two-storey underground parking garage with 212 parking spaces and a bicycle shed for 688 bicycles.
