Bresser Bouw is re-founding and basementing a building at Rozenlaan 17 for a private client. The existing foundation has been dug freely. Subsequently, a cast-in concrete construction floor with walls was made. Segmented tubular steel piles have been pushed through the concrete floor. These tubular steel piles take over the function of the no longer functioning wooden foundation piles. Finally, the concrete floor and recesses in the walls were finished, and a cellar was created.
