After the completion of the Hoppenhof and the adjacent new bus station at the end of 2009, phase 1 of “Het Maankwartier project” was completed. Further construction includes bridging the railway network. In addition to shops, the complex also contains offices and homes, creating the character of a separate district. Prefab prestressed decks were used in the project for loading and unloading platforms.
